Michelle Bohn is a designer for theatre, dance, film and television. She originally hails from Montréal, but comes to Toronto after living in the United States for over a decade and a half, the last eight years of which were spent in New York City, designing Off-Broadway shows, and working on Hollywood films. During her time in New York, Ms Bohn honed her skills with many well-known designers, such as William Ivey Long, Clint Ramos, and Paul Tazewell. Upon moving back to Canada, she spent three seasons at the Stratford Festival. Ms. Bohn taught costume design & life drawing at Tulane University (New Orleans), CUNY – Hunter College (New York City), and Baker University (in Kansas), and fashion history at Fanshawe College (London). She holds a BFA in Design for the Theatre from Concordia University, and an MFA in Costume Design from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Ms Bohn is a proud member of the Associated Designers of Canada.
